Tokay Setup & Training Workshop are highly individualized and designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the user.

A Tokay representative, your backflow program administrator and appropriate staff will work together to design a new or streamline an existing backflow prevention program. We will help you identify your program's objectives and organize the steps necessary to achieve the program goals. We will address the needs and responsibilities of the management, the data entry personnel, the technical people and the backflow field personnel.

Setup & Training Workshops are designed to help the backflow program personnel use the software optimally. We have found that the ability to use the software optimally results in an efficient, effective backflow program that meets the state's guidelines and stays on track.
 

Software Customization

During the workshop we will customize the software screens, the notices, reports, and data entry system to your program's specific needs.

The Navigator, the Navigator Limited and the Navigator Lite Workshops are a minimum two-days. Navigator II workshops are a minimum three days. Additional days are available and sometimes suggested.
