Tokay Software delivers live, courteous, consistent, and successful technical
support sixty hours per week. We handle support questions on the telephone, by
fax, and via e-mail.
We have telephone training sessions available free of charge to all users with
current technical support.
Technical support, supports the software user. MS Windows proficiency is not
required.
Multi-user technical support is a set fee applied to the multi-user license, the
number of users on a multi-user system is immaterial.
Our staff is extremely well versed in backflow prevention program
administration, Tokay Software applications, Microsoft Windows, PC networks,
printers and hardware. We have certified backflow testers on staff.
