Link to Water Records

We can pre-load your water records and link the backflow records to the water records to allow for the future, automatic updating of the names and addresses in your backflow records. This update link keeps the backflow records current and thus correct.

Multi-user License

A Tokay multi-user license ( a one time fee) allows for an unlimited number of users/workstations on one local area network. Wide area network systems are also available. The data for the system resides on the existing network server no dedicated hardware is required. The actual program may be installed on as many workstations as you like. Permissions and passwords can be individually assigned. The Tokay technical support agreement applies to the multi-user license. The number of workstations or users does not effect the annual support fee.
