Tokay Software takes pride in our users who are completely comfortable with their tasks and their software. Although Tokay Software is a well-designed Microsoft application with an interface familiar to most, we make no assumptions and leave nothing to chance. We provide live phone training on every aspect of the application.

Our users are encouraged to schedule as many phone training sessions as necessary. We take each user through backflow administration 101 in one or two training sessions. Later sessions can be utilized for expanding user capabilities and knowledge of backflow administration.

We can train users with their actual data by loading it on our training computer. We can assist in cleaning the data and guide you through analyzing it. Once you have learned how to structure your data, you can use it to organize and plan the future of your backflow program.
