Remote Support 1
Tokay Remote Support is web-based remote help for Tokay Software users. It requires
no prior software installation or license fees on your computer. You will need to
grant us access each time Remote Support is started. Our only access will be to run
the Tokay Software and transfer Tokay files. All file transfers between machines are
SSL encrypted. You will be able to watch what we do on your screen. You may
terminate our session accessing your systems at any time by simply closing the
browser window. Once the issues have been resolved, you will exit the session,
leaving no trace of the Remote Support session on your computer.
